About the Role
We are excited to announce a leadership opportunity for the position of Resident Services Manager at Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Hamilton. This full-time, permanent role operates from Tuesday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:30.
In this newly created position, you will lead the effective delivery of various village service functions, encompassing our kitchen, housekeeping, gardening, maintenance, laundry, and administration teams. You will also oversee all risk management and health and safety processes within the village. Your role will involve human resource responsibilities, including inductions, recruitment, training, performance reviews, and payroll assistance. Additionally, you will provide leadership in the absence of the Village Manager. Flexibility outside of regular hours is required, as the role includes on-call responsibilities.
Requirements

- Outstanding communication skills that are both professional and empathetic
