Our innovative Pain Management Centre at Burwood Hospital focuses on helping individuals manage chronic non-malignant pain, and we are looking for a dedicated Specialist Pain Medicine Physician to join our interdisciplinary team. About the Role As a Specialist Pain Medicine Physician, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to help patients regain function and improve their overall well-being. In this role, you will also play a crucial part in rebuilding the Pain Management Centre and supporting our efforts to regain Faculty of Pain Medicine accreditation as a recognized training center. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Qualifications: You must be eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and meet the standards set by the Faculty of Pain Medicine. - Multidisciplinary Expertise: Proven experience working effectively within holistic, interdisciplinary teams is essential. - International Candidates: We welcome applications from international candidates. Please complete a self-assessment for international medical graduates via the ANZCA | SIMG Quiz to check your eligibility.
