About the Role
We are currently seeking a Used Truck Processing Coordinator with a minimum of five years of experience in the automotive and trucking industry. This highly organized and proactive individual will manage the end-to-end preparation of used trucks for resale. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our used truck inventory is accurately processed, well-presented, and ready for sale in a timely manner. You will collaborate with various departments, including service, engineering, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate grooming and book trucks into service for Certificate of Fitness (COF).
- Schedule trucks for engineering repairs.
- Manage truck movements effectively.
- Prepare repossessed trucks for sale.
- Oversee online listings for used trucks.
