About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Support professional who thrives in a dynamic, hardworking environment and enjoys managing customer relationships. This position involves close collaboration with both our internal teams and external customers to ensure the smooth execution of sales operations and efficient logistics services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support and Coordination: You will assist our Business Development Representatives by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Your role will include handling customer inquiries, accurately processing orders, and tracking and managing sales leads.
Logistics Coordination: You will collaborate with our operations and logistics teams to arrange transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules. Monitoring shipment progress and communicating updates to clients and the sales team will be essential. Additionally, you will resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be a key focus. You will coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless service and keep clients informed about order statuses, delivery schedules, and potential issues.
Administrative Support: You will maintain accurate records and assist with sales meetings and presentations.
Collaboration and Communication: Acting as a liaison between our Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams, you will communicate effectively to ensure alignment on logistics solutions and customer expectations. Supporting the implementation of process improvements will also be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, and freight services is advantageous. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
