About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Kaiapoi, Christchurch. If you are friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service, this role may be perfect for you. In this position, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include offering expert advice on our product range, assisting with sales support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. Key Responsibilities - Provide sales support to all branch customers - Build and maintain internal relationships with procurement and demand management teams - Complete administrative tasks as required according to Branch Performance Standards, including accurate invoicing, inventory receipting, and processing credits - Regularly operate a forklift to move products around the site - Ensure all duties are completed accurately and on time, adhering to high safety and quality standards Key Attributes - Strong customer service skills are essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers - Advanced knowledge of Hynds products and their applications is important, as well as an understanding of how these products work together to create effective solutions - A valid full Class 1 New Zealand driver’s license and F endorsement is required - Business acumen and an understanding of the key drivers of business performance - Practical understanding and experience with health and safety standards Benefits We offer career progression and development opportunities, as well as comprehensive health insurance coverage.
