About the Role As an Asphalt Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by handling various asphalt machinery, including rollers and pavers. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled and reliable but also ready to contribute positively to our team environment. Requirements To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - Proficient operation of asphalt machinery with precision and skill. - A valid Class 1 driver's license is required, and a Class 2 license is a plus, along with relevant endorsements (W, T, R). - Proven hands-on experience in asphalt operations and a strong work ethic. - Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job. - A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team. - Flexibility to accommodate longer hours and occasional travel. - Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
