We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team and lead our daily operations. About the Role As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will lead and train our staff, develop new drink recipes, and collaborate closely with the kitchen team to create innovative dishes and update our menu regularly. Your role will also involve maintaining our high standards of customer service and product quality, managing stock control and ordering, and driving sales to support our business growth. Additionally, you will handle customer feedback and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional manner. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a degree in hospitality management or a related field. Previous experience in café or hospitality management is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to remain organized and reliable while working under pressure. Familiarity with barista skills and café operations will be advantageous. Candidates must also have valid working rights in New Zealand.
