About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time Allied Health Assistant to join our Community Clinical Services team in Whangarei. This role is a permanent position, offering 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with an Allied Health Professional to provide patient and family-centered clinical care. You will be responsible for managing the clinical resources and equipment necessary for interventions, as well as handling administrative tasks as required. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective care for our clients.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You should hold a current full New Zealand driver's license and have proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
We are looking for someone with proven organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to meet the physical demands of the role. Previous experience as an Allied Health Assistant or in a healthcare setting working with clients of all age groups is desirable.
