About the Role We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join Charles Fleming Retirement Village in Waikanae as a Caregiver. We have two part-time positions available, with shifts as follows: - Friday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Monday, Thursday, and Saturday with varying shifts totaling 18 hours per week. In this role, you will develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans, providing care that meets the high standards we would expect for our own loved ones. You will also utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman. Collaboration with your colleagues will be key in fostering a supportive team environment. We value strong empathy and outstanding communication skills, along with a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role. Please note that due to immigration regulations, we require applicants to possess New Zealand work rights.
