About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with New Zealand's most popular and trusted vehicle brand. The successful candidate will interact with a diverse range of customers daily and contribute to a positive company atmosphere that emphasizes customer service and the achievement of departmental goals. Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers at the service reception - Advising customers on service and repair options - Scheduling work for service technicians - Invoicing for completed repair work While an automotive background is beneficial, we will provide all necessary training to ensure your success in this role. Requirements All applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand and possess a full and clear New Zealand driver's license. We are looking for individuals who prioritize customer service, present themselves well, and display a friendly and confident demeanor. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, navigate a busy environment efficiently, and demonstrate competence in computer usage.
