    About the Company At Care on Call (NZ) Limited, we are a leading home care provider dedicated to supporting individuals in their own homes. We have openings in various locations, including Pukekohe, Waiau Pa, Karaka, Ramarama, Drury, Bombay, Tuakau, and Pokeno. About the Role We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated support workers to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to care for individuals in your community while developing your career. We match support workers with residents based on proximity and specific skills needed, ensuring that both clients and caregivers benefit from the arrangement. Your responsibilities may include home management, personal care, assisting individuals in achieving their personal goals, supporting daily activities, and providing assistance with exercise, mobility, and medication management (with appropriate training). Requirements To be a successful fit for Care on Call, you should be genuinely compassionate, caring, and professional, with a commitment to supporting others in their homes.
