About the Role
We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Community Support Workers. We invite you to share your preference for the position type. In this role, you will assist individuals with personal activities, including community participation, socializing, work or education, and daily living tasks.
Skills & Experience
We value empathy and a willingness to support people in their daily living tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with both colleagues and the individuals we serve. Additionally, we appreciate candidates who can share their unique life experiences.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A reliable and committed approach, along with a genuine passion for working with people.
- A desire to learn on the job and pursue qualifications in the field.
- A full New Zealand driver’s license.
- Proficiency in using the internet and Outlook.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
