We are currently seeking passionate and committed support workers to join our Auckland team. About the Role As a Support Worker at Life Plus, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored care and support to youth. Your responsibilities will include fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes healing, growth, and personal development. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. We value cultural sensitivity and client-centered care, and we expect our team members to demonstrate these principles in all interactions. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Level 4 Health & Wellbeing Certificate or an equivalent qualification. - Experience working with youth, particularly those facing intellectual, mental health, or trauma-related challenges. - A full New Zealand driver's licence. - A willingness to engage in additional free training to enhance your expertise. - Strong communication skills, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
