About the Role As a bakery manager, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and baking a diverse array of products, such as breads, pies, pastries, cakes, and cookies. You will be expected to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as necessary to maintain consistent quality. In this position, you will operate various kitchen appliances and tools to create baked goods and other cooked items. Maintaining a clean and organized baking area in compliance with food safety standards is essential. You will also uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste. Collaboration with your team is key to ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of products. Additionally, you will assist in developing new recipes and seasonal items while managing and motivating your staff to achieve our goals. Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess strong personal skills, as you will often work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A solid teamwork ethic is essential, but you should also be capable of working independently. We value a positive work ethic and the ability to receive instruction from senior managers. Strong customer service and communication skills are also important for this position.
