About the Role We are currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Hospitality and will be responsible for leading and managing our Casino food and beverage outlets as well as the front-of-house Functions team. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of excellence in service, product quality, and customer experience. Key responsibilities of the role include: - Leading people through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching and development. - Executing and delivering conferences and events to meet customer specifications. - Ensuring staff are fully trained and empowered to perform to their best. - Planning and monitoring budgets effectively. - Delivering outstanding customer service experiences. - Coordinating and communicating cross-functional business requirements, such as marketing promotions within outlets. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with some work outside of standard office hours. About You We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in managing resources effectively while providing direction, training, and development to staff. You will be expected to work shifts within the Food & Beverage outlets and during functions, which may include weekends and evenings. We value leaders who are willing to work alongside their teams. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric focus and problem-solving ability. - A minimum of five years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least three years in a management role. - Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, management, and training of staff. - Demonstrated financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L oversight. - Cultural awareness gained from leading or being part of a multinational team. - A current General Manager's Certificate. Experience in a multi-outlet environment and strong local industry connections would be advantageous.
