We are currently seeking full-time Aluminum Fabricators to join our team and support various projects throughout the country. About the Role We are looking for experienced Aluminum Fabricators to work on a range of construction and fabrication sites. The location of the work will vary based on project demand, and we encourage candidates who are flexible with travel or relocation. This role offers a minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week, with the potential for full-time, permanent employment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: - Fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum components and structures - Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and blueprints - Operating hand and power tools relevant to aluminum fabrication - Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards - Working across different sites as required by project deployment Skills and Experience Required To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, whether locally or overseas - The ability to read and interpret technical drawings - Proficiency in welding, cutting, and shaping aluminum materials - A trade qualification or NZQA-recognized experience is preferred - The ability to work independently and travel between job sites - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety Nationwide Opportunity and Travel While this role is listed in Northland, we are actively recruiting for positions that will be deployed across all regions of New Zealand. This includes areas in both the North Island, such as Northland, Auckland, Waikato, and Wellington, as well as the South Island, including Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, and more.
