About the Role We are seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our diverse services, including Community and Rehabilitation, as well as Social Services. Whether you prefer flexible hours to accommodate other commitments or seek regular rostered shifts, we offer a variety of permanent (full-time and part-time) and casual positions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role within our team to assist clients in achieving their goals and reaching their potential. You will provide both practical and emotional support to help them live independently in their homes and communities. Your responsibilities may vary, but typically include: - Meal preparation - Community outings and integration - Administering medication - Personal care (e.g., showering, toileting) - Home management tasks - Availability for alternative weekends - Possible travel to surrounding areas Requirements We are looking for individuals who have a genuine desire to support others and strive for excellence in their work. While previous healthcare or caregiving experience is desirable, it is not essential.
