About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team at Carl's Jr. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service and preparing our signature meals. We offer a starting wage of $23.50 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $29.26 for those who advance to Shift Supervisor. As a Crew Member, your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming customers, taking their orders, and serving meals as part of our front of house team. - Preparing delicious American burgers, fries, and shakes as a member of our back of house team. - Supporting your colleagues by maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked store environment. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess: - A strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. - The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced and busy work environment. - A minimum age of 15 years and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
