About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both front of house and back of house, ensuring our customers receive the best service and our food is prepared to our high standards.
As a Crew Member at Carl's Jr., your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers, taking orders, and serving meals as part of the front of house team.
- Preparing delicious American burgers, fries, and shakes as part of the back of house team.
- Supporting your fellow crew members in maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked store.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
- The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- A minimum age of 15 years and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
