About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. In this essential role, you will play a key part in ensuring our learning initiatives run smoothly and that our learners have a positive experience. As a member of the Learning and Development team, you will assist in the planning, delivery, and administration of various learning initiatives across Ryman. Your responsibilities will include scheduling workshops, coordinating learning systems, and addressing team inquiries, making you the vital support behind the scenes that helps everything come together. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, digital learning, and project support, with a focused team dedicated to your professional growth. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations, logistics, and communications - Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning records in our systems - Assist in the preparation of both digital and print learning materials and resources - Help monitor feedback and data to ensure an excellent learner experience - Participate in projects and content work to build your confidence and capabilities Benefits We are a close-knit, purpose-driven team passionate about designing learning experiences that empower our people.
