About the Role We are currently seeking a confident and capable Customer Service Support professional to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This role requires immediate availability and offers the potential for monthly extensions based on business needs. If you possess strong customer service skills and enjoy working with people, we invite you to apply. In this position, you will work full-time from Monday to Friday, earning a competitive living wage of $27.80 per hour. You will have the flexibility to start your day at either 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM, and you will be part of a supportive team environment. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Excellent communication and customer service skills - A confident phone demeanor with strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams - Experience with MYOB Acumatica or knowledge of the electrical industry is a plus - Immediate availability is preferred What You'll Be Doing In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Answering incoming phone calls and emails - Accurately processing customer orders - Providing support across various customer service tasks - Representing the business in a friendly and confident manner Benefits We offer a range of benefits to our employees, including: - Weekly pay, holiday pay, and contributions to KiwiSaver - Consistent working hours of 40 hours per week - A positive office culture that promotes work-life balance - The opportunity to potentially extend your contract monthly Keen to Get Started?
