About the Role We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Business Support professional to join our team. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential administrative support and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service. You will prepare submissions, manage and assist in creating marketing campaigns, and prepare legal documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading listings and preparing contracts. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling incoming requests and managing shifting priorities throughout the day. A mature attitude, creativity, and experience working in a confidential environment are essential for success in this role. Qualifications and Skills To qualify for this position, you should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in working to tight deadlines. The ability to multi-task and maintain a solution-oriented approach is crucial. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, along with a goal-driven mindset, are also important. Being social media savvy, eager to learn, and possessing a keen attention to detail will be advantageous. While prior experience in real estate, property, or marketing is preferred, it is not essential.
