About the Role We are excited to announce a new part-time position for a Baker who will also assist with café duties. This role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. In this position, you will have the opportunity to: - Bake and prepare a diverse range of cabinet food to delight our residents and guests. - Provide excellent food and beverage service in the café for residents, their families, and visitors. - Operate the till, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. - Foster a welcoming and caring atmosphere within our village. - Receive barista training to enhance your skills. About You To succeed in our supportive and caring environment, you should possess: - Experience in baking and cooking. - A barista qualification and a proven track record of reliability. - The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards. - Strong customer service skills and a genuine empathy for others. - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
