We are looking for a fully qualified baker who has experience in a management role or as a second-in-command, with aspirations for career advancement. To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in meeting budgets and targets, leading a successful team, and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. A basic understanding of SAP would be advantageous. We value strong leadership skills and a commitment to staff development.
