About the Role
We are pleased to announce a full-time, fixed-term opportunity for a Caregiver at William Sanders Retirement Village in Devonport. This role will cover maternity leave and involves working Sunday to Thursday from 07:30 to 13:00, as well as Sunday and Monday evenings from 16:30 to 19:00. The position is expected to start on November 9, 2025, and will continue until May 10, 2026.
In this role, you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans to provide care that reflects the same level of attention and compassion you would offer your own loved ones. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our innovative care app, myRyman, and collaborate closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.
About You
To thrive in our caring and supportive atmosphere, you will possess a kindness that is inherent to your character. Strong empathy and outstanding communication skills are essential, along with a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While we would appreciate experience in aged care, it is not a requirement for this position.
