About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate Kaiako to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be an ECE qualified and registered Teacher with either a current New Zealand provisional or full practicing certificate, or someone who is nearing completion of their ECE Teaching qualification. It is essential that applicants hold New Zealand residency or possess a valid New Zealand work visa.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster an inspiring learning environment, engage in meaningful partnerships with parents and whānau, and create enriching and fun-filled learning experiences for tamariki. A respectful approach to care will be at the core of your teaching practice.
Requirements
- ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practicing certificate, or close to completing your ECE Teaching qualification
- New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa
- A thorough understanding of the developmental and emotional needs of toddlers
- Enthusiasm for the local curriculum and commitment to creating inspiring environments
- Ability to build partnerships with parents and whānau
