Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate authentic relationships with children, families, and staff are essential for success in this role. This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements: - A Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Teaching Level 7 (ECE) qualification and current Teacher Certification - A minimum of two years' experience as a Centre Manager in ECE - A strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy, and curriculum design - Excellent knowledge of ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to maintaining high compliance standards - A deep commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice - Proven ability to coach and mentor others, helping them reach their full potential - A drive to innovate and streamline processes to enhance centre operations How to Apply If you are interested in joining our team, please click "Apply Now" or contact our Talent Specialist, Emma Poole, at 027 1800 1747 for a confidential conversation.
