About the Role We are seeking a warm, vibrant, and self-driven Kaiako to work in our dedicated preschool room. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule offers flexibility to cover 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. To be considered for this role, you must be an ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current New Zealand provisional or full practicing certificate. Candidates must also hold New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa. Requirements We are looking for an experienced Kaiako who shares our enthusiasm for the local curriculum and is passionate about: - Creating inspiring environments for learning - Building partnerships with parents and whānau - Providing fun-filled learning experiences for tamariki - Offering respectful care as a core teaching practice If you have a solid understanding of the developmental and emotional needs of preschoolers aged between 4 and 5 years old, we encourage you to apply.
