About the Role
We are currently seeking a Business Services Coordinator to join our Digital Services team. In this role, you will support the APNA Chief Digital Officer, the APNA Digital Services Operations Lead, and the wider team in delivering digital projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass project and budget management, proposal support, marketing communications, and coordination of team meetings and events.

What You Would Do
In this role, you will:
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with key project experts to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
- Complete Business Management Systems reporting requirements for projects, including resourcing and invoicing plans in our project management tool.
- Monitor and analyze project budgets and data, providing insights and recommendations to the wider digital team.
- Assist in planning and executing work items and sprint planning for the Digital Services team.
- Track project progress and maintain clear and consistent updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Provide project document control support as needed.
- Coordinate the creation and publication of content related to projects and team activities across various platforms, including case studies and news articles.
- Assist in day-to-day operations and support the digital team with administrative tasks.
- Organize digital team events, such as meetings with international visitors and industry events.
- Support the Auckland Business Services team with office administrative and event coordination tasks.

Requirements
We would appreciate it if you could bring previous experience in project administration, supporting proposal development, and document formatting. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be key to your success in this role. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and established record-keeping skills would be valuable assets.
