About the Role We are seeking a Procurement Support Analyst to join our team. This vital position supports the Procurement Manager, Category Advisors, and Analysts in the identification, sourcing, and contract management of our suppliers. The role is diverse, with each day presenting new challenges. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys working with systems and processes, data analytics, and is the go-to person for driving improvement opportunities within the team. Key Responsibilities - Lead initiatives to identify improvement opportunities, including the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures where applicable. - Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to establish appropriate controls for risk management. - Identify further value opportunities through comparative analysis and other methods. - Maintain reporting dashboards to enhance visibility of procurement activities for the Procurement Team and broader business stakeholders, focusing on spend and contract management. - Ensure the accuracy and currency of the Contract database (Ariba). Requirements - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Administrator, Analyst, or similar role. - Experience with procurement information systems is advantageous. - Excellent organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads effectively. - Strong stakeholder management skills. - A willingness to learn and improve processes. - A degree in procurement or business is preferable but not essential.
