We take pride in our reputation and are excited to welcome new members who share our values and drive for success. About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Office Clerk to join our team. This position offers a permanent role with guaranteed hours ranging from 30 to 50 hours per week, with workdays scheduled from Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow within a reputable organization. While prior work experience is not a requirement, it may be beneficial. Preference will be given to local New Zealand residents and citizens. The main responsibilities of this role include: - Receiving and screening incoming calls, as well as gathering information to direct to the appropriate personnel - Opening, sorting, and routing incoming mail, managing correspondence, and preparing outgoing mail - Completing and mailing bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or cheques - Collaborating closely with colleagues and supervisors/management - Preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, and recording and transcribing minutes - Utilizing computers to create documents, spreadsheets, input data, and communicate via email - Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems - Interacting with clients and visitors, confirming appointments, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or office - Ensuring accuracy and quality in all finished work, including data processing and document preparation - Managing inventory and ordering materials, supplies, and services - Making travel arrangements for office personnel Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities: - A proactive "can-do" attitude and a strong team spirit - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Advanced computer literacy, along with strong communication and administrative skills Benefits We offer a supportive work environment where you can thrive as part of a dedicated team focused on delivering excellence.
