About the Role We are currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our dedicated technical support team based in East Tamaki, Auckland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing our coffee machinery for Out of Home customers, including petrol stations, cafés, and business centers. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and scheduling machinery installations, de-installations, swaps, and repairs. - Organizing refurbishment activities to meet the demand for second-hand equipment. - Maintaining accurate records of machinery and equipment in Salesforce, including stock movements. - Managing workshop schedules and balancing on-site repairs. - Collaborating with sales, technical teams, and third-party providers to ensure readiness for installations and deinstallations, including freight and site preparation. - Handling technical issue calls, logging jobs in Salesforce, and escalating issues as necessary. - Overseeing the deinstallation process to ensure timely completion. - Managing installation order processes for machinery delivery. - Proactively resolving technical and logistical challenges. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Previous experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is highly regarded. - Technical or warehousing experience is also advantageous. - Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce is a plus. - Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Word and Excel. - A keen attention to detail. - Strong team player with influential skills. - A valid unrestricted work visa for New Zealand.
