About the Role
We are currently seeking a hands-on and dedicated Wheel Alignment Technician to join our commercial store in Matamata. In this position, you will be responsible for performing wheel alignments, diagnosing steering and suspension issues, and ensuring optimal vehicle performance. Additionally, you will be involved in fitting and balancing passenger car tyres. We are looking for a positive team player who is willing to assist across the workshop floor as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full, clean New Zealand Driver's License
- Previous experience in wheel alignments, or a strong willingness to learn on the job
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to health and safety standards
- Good computer literacy along with effective document and time-keeping capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
