About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key advocate for our brand, delivering extraordinary customer service and creating awe-inspiring experiences. You will lead and develop a passionate team, helping to shape a loyal customer base and drive business success.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will strive for excellence in every customer interaction, build lasting relationships with existing and new customers, and serve as a role model by leading with enthusiasm. You will support recruitment efforts, coach and motivate your team, and assist in implementing our monthly service and sales plans, goals, and targets. Additionally, you will facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
About You
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a multi-cultural retail environment, preferably within luxury, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands. You should possess strong leadership and coaching abilities, along with digital proficiency and a growth mindset. A winning personality that can establish trustful relationships will contribute to your success in this role.
