About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Onehunga. In this role, you will partner with a motivated Store Manager to lead and inspire our team while creating an exceptional store experience for our customers. You will play a key part in driving sales, optimizing store operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance sales, streamline operations, and boost team performance.
- Spend the majority of your time on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and coaching your team.

- Manage inventory, loss prevention, and compliance to ensure a profitable and efficient store.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership Potential: 2 to 4 years of retail management experience, preferably in apparel or footwear.
- Sales Expertise: A proven ability to exceed sales targets while managing payroll and expenses effectively.
- Team Builder: A passion for recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire your team and connect with customers.
- Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
