    About the Company Bailey Nelson is excited to announce the opening of a new store in the Queensgate Shopping Centre, Wellington. We are looking for our next talented Optometrist to join our team. About the Role As a Bailey Nelson Optometrist, your primary mission will be to deliver exceptional eyecare and overall experiences to our customers and patients. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Optometrist in a busy store or clinic, with 20-minute testing capabilities. - Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences for customers in both the testing room and beyond, addressing their eyecare and eyewear needs while delivering outstanding outcomes for them and the store. - Energy: A love for working in a fast-paced, growing environment, with the ability to adapt to change and lead with positivity and a can-do attitude. - Leadership: A commitment to inspiring, motivating, training, and developing your team alongside your Store Manager to achieve their best. - Effectiveness: The ability to manage your time and all operational requirements without compromising customer experience. - Teamwork: A passion for building a strong partnership with your Store Manager, approaching store operations as a cohesive leadership team to identify growth opportunities in both the clinic and retail spaces. - Drive: A genuine passion for achieving results through your clinic and store team.
