About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time team member, working 27 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities by coaching, developing, and providing constructive feedback to your team.
Your success in this position will stem from your passion for driving sales and your commitment to delivering a memorable customer experience at Jay Jays. Ideal candidates will possess:
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills
- Previous management experience, ideally in the retail sector
- A talent for motivating team members and upholding brand standards
- A proven track record of achieving sales, managing wages, meeting KPI targets, and minimizing stock loss
