Machine Operator - Night Shift

About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced factory worker for a long-term night shift position within our factory. The usual shift runs from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday. We offer some flexibility regarding days and hours of work, with the option for candidates to work four 12-hour shifts if preferred. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar factory environment - Prior experience working a night shift - A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 15 kg - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Duties will include: - Operating machinery - Conducting quality control checks - Manually handling products, moving items to designated areas within the factory, with a maximum weight of 15 kg at a time - Standing for extended periods and spending the majority of the shift on the factory floor - Performing general factory laboring duties Benefits We offer a range of benefits, including: - A long-term job opportunity for the right candidate - Flexibility in shift days and hours - A starting rate of $24.50 per hour, depending on experience - Opportunities for training and career advancement within the company Please note that as part of our recruitment process, a pre-employment drug test and a Ministry of Justice criminal conviction history check are required.
