About the Role We are looking for Forklift and Machine Operators to fill positions available immediately. This role offers an afternoon shift with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24 to $27, paid weekly. In this position, you will be responsible for various tasks within a factory setting. Your duties may include operating machinery, performing assembly line work, and handling general production tasks. It is essential to maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment. You will also follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold company standards, while collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Physically fit, as the position involves repetitive heavy lifting (15-25 kg) - Flexible and willing to work extra hours when necessary - Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team as well as independently - Hold a full Class 1 NZ driver's license with an F endorsement - Have a current forklift license (OSH Certificate is not essential but is an advantage) - Own transportation is required Benefits Joining our team provides you with several advantages.
