About the Role We are currently seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join our busy team on a day shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm. This position is based in our factory located in Hornby and will start as a temporary role, with the potential to transition to permanent employment for the right candidate. In this role, you will contribute to the manufacturing of our products by working collaboratively with your team. Duties Include - Coordinating factory dispatches - Operating pallet strapping machines - Performing administrative tasks and providing PA support to the workshop manager - Collaborating with the team to ensure productivity and efficiency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria: - Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test - Highly organized with excellent time management skills - Prior experience in a machine operation role - Proficient computer skills - Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job - Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Benefits In return for your hard work and dedication, you will have the opportunity to work for a reputable company with a focus on sustainability.
