About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will start at $23.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $24.74 per hour if you are Gold Star certified and working as a Cook. As a Shift Supervisor, your earnings can increase to $29.63 per hour. We offer both full-time and part-time positions to fit your lifestyle. Additionally, employees working over four hours will enjoy a complimentary meal during their shift. What Will You Be Doing? As a Customer Champion, your role will involve providing excellent service to our customers, preparing and serving delicious KFC meals, and collaborating with your team to maintain a clean and tidy store. If you join us as a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing our secret recipe chicken, breading, and cooking it to perfection. You will also ensure that the kitchen remains clean and well-stocked with fresh chicken supplies. As a Shift Supervisor, you will guide your team to deliver exceptional service throughout your shift. Requirements We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced team environment. While previous experience is not necessary, a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
