About the Role In this role, you will be involved in a variety of construction projects across Dunedin. We are looking for individuals who are well-versed in construction site practices and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. If you have a strong background in this field, we would love to hear from you. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have: - A minimum of 2 years of recent on-site experience as a Hammerhand - Proficiency with both hand and power tools - The ability to read plans and follow instructions from builders and site managers - Experience working on residential and/or commercial sites - A solid understanding of health and safety requirements - Good communication and teamwork skills - Valid work rights for New Zealand - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test - Recent references that can attest to your skills and reliability Additionally, you will need to provide your own nail bag and basic hand tools (a full kit is preferred) and have reliable transport along with a full New Zealand driver’s license.
