About the Role
We are currently seeking applicants for our next intake in the Gaming Department, where you will have the opportunity to become a trainee Blackjack dealer. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the dynamic and rewarding casino industry.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following prerequisites:
- Minimum age of 20 years (as per legal requirement)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong mathematics and dexterity skills, with the ability to learn quickly
- High standard of presentation and communication skills
- Clean criminal history
- Capacity to work under pressure as part of a large team
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year period, including New Year's Eve
Additionally, you will receive training in our Customer Service and Cash Desk Departments, providing further opportunities for personal growth.
As you will be interacting with our patrons, it is essential that you possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, and present yourself in a professional manner. Please note that this position primarily involves night shifts; once training is completed, you will need to be available to work night shifts until midnight Sunday to Thursday, and until 2 AM on Friday and Saturday, including public holidays.
Dealer training is scheduled to begin in mid to late August and will take place in the afternoons, three days a week, for approximately four weeks.
