About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Drainage Operator or Drainlayer to join us as a Drainage 2IC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will have the chance to lead a small team while managing various drainage projects. You will play a key role in making this position your own, contributing to our ongoing success.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading a small team, or a skilled Drainlayer/Drainage Operator eager to enhance their skill set.
- Experience in laying gravity mains and knowledge of three waters systems.
- Familiarity with civil and earthworks sites.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and communicate effectively with clients and Project Managers on site.
- Experience operating excavators, especially in deep drainage (5 to 6 meters), is beneficial.
- A Class 4 license is advantageous.
- Candidates should be physically fit and ready to engage in hands-on work while meeting project timelines.
