About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Land & Property Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Wolfbrook Residential. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land or residential properties suitable for development.
- Building robust networks with real estate agents, landowners, and key stakeholders.
- Conducting thorough due diligence, including zoning, feasibility assessments, and market research.
- Negotiating and securing property deals that align with Wolfbrook's strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with our in-house planning, finance, and development teams to ensure that acquisitions are viable and meet business needs.
Your Competencies
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A background in real estate, land acquisition, development, or property investment.
- A proven track record in identifying and securing quality land or property deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A solid understanding of the New Zealand property market.
- Self-motivation, confidence, and the ability to work independently.
- A full New Zealand driver's license, as travel will be required.
