About the Role We are excited to invite a dynamic and experienced Road Marking Coordinator to join our team in Taranaki. In this role, you will report to the Roadmarking Manager in Wellington - Transport Services. You will be responsible for leading our Road Marking Team, driving profitable operations, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining a high-performing, multi-functional team. Your primary focus will be on enhancing financial performance, promoting safety and quality, and developing your team to meet both current and future business demands. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key to ensuring smooth project delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Actively participate in business planning and management. - Develop, monitor, and report on budgets, productivity targets, and work programs. - Manage contractual obligations and ensure key performance indicators are met. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Oversee project operations, methodologies, and delivery. - Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and quality. Requirements - Proven project management experience across multiple sectors. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams. - Business management experience with P&L responsibility. - Financial and commercial acumen. - Customer-focused with the ability to deliver value-driven solutions. - Ability to liaise effectively between operational and technical teams.
