About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time sales position in our Mt Wellington store, specifically in the Electrical department. This role is centered around customer engagement, where you will provide outstanding service and cultivate lasting relationships with our customers to ensure they have a great shopping experience. We will provide you with training focused on our electrical products, enabling you to utilize your skills and knowledge effectively when assisting customers.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Selling electrical products and services
- Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system
- Maintaining the presentation of the electrical department
- Assisting with operational tasks, such as stock takes
- Working across a 7-day roster, which includes weekends and public holidays
About You
We are looking for individuals who are strong communicators and are eager to work hard to achieve rewards. With an uncapped commission structure, you have the opportunity to influence your earnings directly.
We seek candidates who possess the following attributes:
- Quick learners with a genuine interest in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience with retail sales and point of sale systems is desirable
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
