Floral Assistant Retail Manager

About the Company At Fresh Direct Floral, we specialize in providing a diverse selection of fresh-cut flowers and pot plants to numerous supermarkets across New Zealand. About the Role We are currently seeking an energetic and friendly individual to join our team. This position focuses on merchandising and driving sales, and it involves using a company van to conduct scheduled visits to various supermarkets throughout Auckland. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a passion for floral products and are eager to develop their leadership skills. This is a permanent part-time role with a minimum of 15 hours per week. The rostered days are Sundays and Mondays, with the additional responsibility of covering the Retail Manager’s duties during her leave on Tuesdays through Saturdays. Typical shift hours are from 7 AM to approximately 3 PM. Requirements We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: - A valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle, as the role requires travel between stores. - A fit and energetic disposition, as the position involves frequent lifting of items weighing up to 15 kilograms. - A friendly and reliable demeanor, as you will be representing our company in customer outlets.
