About the Role We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fabricator Welder to join our team. This position offers a long-term opportunity for the right candidate who is eager to take on challenges and contribute to our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding using MIG and TIG techniques. You will read and interpret technical drawings, allowing you to work independently with confidence. Ensuring that all jobs meet high-quality standards and correct dimensions before dispatch is crucial. You will also maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while delivering precise workmanship in every task. Requirements To excel in this position, you should have previous welding experience and a strong ability to work independently while taking ownership of your projects. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a team player mindset, as collaboration is key to our success. Benefits We offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $32 to $34 per hour, depending on experience.
