About the Company Tradestaff Christchurch is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Balustrade Fabricator and Installer to join our dynamic team. About the Role In this position, you will assist in the fabrication of fencing and balustrades while also supporting on-site installations and setups. You will have the chance to collaborate with experienced team members, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in the trade. This role involves using basic hand tools and light power tools, as well as reading and understanding sketch plans and working drawings. Clear communication with clients and team members is essential to ensure successful project outcomes. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working at heights and willing to travel around the South Island, as this greatly enhances your experience. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and thrives in a hands-on, physically active environment. Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude are crucial. Additionally, you must have a full driver’s license and be able to drive a manual vehicle. Valid Site Safe certification is required, and experience with aluminium fencing or window installation is preferred.
